WCMC Coordinator Information

Introduction
Department Coordinators are responsible for maintaining the department's contact information and for adding or removing individuals from the Emergency Notification System (ENS).

Updating Contact Information on ENS
Step 1: Go to the ENS website (link below). If you use Windows, you must use Internet Explorer to access ENS. If you use a Mac, you must use Safari to access ENS.
Step 2: Login to ENS. Your username is your full WCMC email address. If you are new to ENS, click on "forgot your password", enter your full WCMC email address, and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
Step 3: Click on Users to view a list of faculty and staff from your department currently in ENS.
Step 4: Click on the user name you wish to update.
Step 5: Edit existing contact information or enter new contact information.

Adding New ENS Users
To add a new user, email EHS with the following information:

  • Department
  • Name
  • WCMC email address
  • Cell Phone
  • Home Phone
  • Work Phone
  • Alternate Phone
  • Pager (include service provider and whether it is analogue or digital)
  • Fax
  • Alternate email address

Removing ENS Users
Email EHS any time you wish to remove a user from EHS.
